Use it as a starting point, then tell us a little about your group and we’ll help build the right event for you. The pricing shown is based on a 55-person Dining Room event.
Easy to Plan, Easy to Celebrate
The proposal above is a sample of what a 55-person holiday party in the Satellite Dining Room might look like. Our Dining Room events have a $2,500 food & beverage minimum, plus tax and gratuity, while full buyouts for up to 90 guests have a $5,000 food & beverage minimum, plus tax, gratuity, and a 3% administrative fee. Those minimums are your food and drink spend, not an additional room rental fee.
From there, you can build the party around your team: passed apps, snacks, dinner, beer, cocktails, espresso, NA drinks, or some combination of all of the above. You tell us the date, guest count, and general idea. We'll help with the rest. No elaborate event-planning skills required, just a group of people who deserve a good party.

The food & beverage minimum is the amount your group commits to spending on food and drinks during the event, before tax and gratuity. It is not an additional room rental fee. The prepaid tab covers all drinks we offer including a full espresso bar, our own small-batch-beer, full bar, signature cocktails, kombucha, and ample NA options as well.
If prefered, we can structure the drinks tab to cover beer, wine, and NA’s only.

The base menu is a great starting point, with a mix of snacks, passed appetizers, and heartier options. From there, we can work with you to craft a menu that makes sense for your group size, event style, and dietary needs. You don't need to have the whole menu figured out when you book. We'll help you put together the right amount of food for your crew.

The Dining Room is semi-private, meaning the bar will remain open to the public during your event. For groups larger than 50, full buyouts are available, giving you exclusive use of the space. Satellite has an ADA-compliant entrance through the beer garden, and access can be coordinated with our team in advance.

Access to a microphone can be arranged. Music control is not given out unless you have a full buyout. However, there will be music playing.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring decorations, signage, florals, or other touches to make the space feel like your party. For entertainment, Satellite has a stage and PA system, so it's a great fit for a DJ, live music, presentations, speeches, or other programming with a full buyout!

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary-friendly options, and we're happy to work with you on specific allergies or dietary restrictions when planning your menu. Just let us know what your group needs and we'll help build a menu that works for everyone.Item description

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Your final guest count and menu selections can be finalized closer to the event, so you don't need to have every last detail figured out when you book. We'll let you know the deadlines for finalizing those details as part of the planning process.
